Dilema... Opinions please...

So, someone tipped me off the other day that there's some kid doing video tutorials on YouTube using the alphabet I created back in 2006. I've tried contacting him, but he's apparently deleting my posts, and not replying to my direct messages on YouTube. I don't want to be a complete jerk, but I think he should at least acknowledge that the letters he's using are EXACT copies of the ones in my alphabet.

Anybody have any advice? I don't want to be an @$$hole about it, I really don't mind if he's doing tuts, I just wish he'd message me back so we can talk about it.
